Three weeks old...
Seriously...she cannot be cuter. Look at that expression! And those darling lips. And how can we not mention those adorable hands?
So far she can stick out her tongue at us if we do it first, and she smiles occasionally when she has gas. So that doesn't really count as a smile, does it?
The day before her three-week birthday, we took her to her first doctor's appointment. She was very cooperative, and the doctor commented on her strong neck control.
Speaking of which, when asked, Paisley's response to questions about her latest trick is that she does a lot of arching her neck back and looking around with wide eyes. Here's my imitation of that move...we'll post one of Charlotte doing it too as soon as we remember to take one!
She now weighs 9 lbs and is more than 21 inches long! she's such a good eater!!
On her three-week birthday, we went to a wedding shower for Anne, thrown by the First Friday friends - a dear old group of friends of Mike and Jean's.
They took this shot of us. Looking, I must add, much less tired and still really really happy. Which is how we are feeling (on most days)!
